"Last week I visited your Conshohocken store to purchase a new phone. Robert Higgins was available to assist me. I explained that I am not a very sophisticated user, and that I wanted a basic upgrade without all the fancy bells & whistles. He took the time to help me choose the phone that was right for me...He asked if I knew how to program the Bluetooth in my car. When I told him no, he took the time to come out to my car and hook up my phone/bluetooth."

"Garry Pinner is the absolute best manager of the Car-Tel store in Delran...Recently, my wife and I added my in-laws to my AT&T account. They were Verizon customers with outdated phones. Garry took the meticulous time to show how their phones worked, and exhibited the utmost patience with them (both in their 60s). Every question, regardless of how important, was answered. Garry easily spent over an hour explaining the details and features of the new phones.

"It's rare for me to follow up with a special 'thank you' after making a purchase, but I feel this one is warranted. Over the past week you provided both my son, and then my wife with a new Blackberry. I understand that's your job...but when you came over with my wife's phone on Wednesday evening, and helped her configure that phone to both her car, and her office emails, I thought that was over the top...I just wanted you to know that 'over the top' service was both recognized and appreciated. Kathy is extremely happy with her purchase, and certainly appreciates you taking the time to both configure, and tutor her on the operation and features offered in a Blackberry."
