"I wanted to take the time to let you know of a valuable employee working for you in the Broomall, PA store. His name is Christian Baron.Holiday shopping is a struggle in any retail outlet, especially in a tele-communications store with a single sales associate. However, while waiting on a previous customer, Christian did a fantastic job serving the customer (who happened to be an elderly couple) while including me in on the conversation. I can go on about how Christian did a great job, by listening to the couple, asking questions, providing them with information they could relate to, etc...As for both the service that I received in addition to the elderly couple who walked out laughing and happy, I think that Christian did an excellent job in both customer service and product knowledge. Thanks for making it easier for me to spend my money by employing individuals like Christian."
