"I'm writing to you to praise the exceptional service I received from Sheri at the AT&T store on 17th and
Market in Philadelphia. Not only was Sheri friendly and helpful, she also patiently waited on the
phone to ensure I received an exception upgrade for a broken phone, even though this forced her to
stay an extra 15 minutes after the store had closed. Instead of acting annoyed and exasperated like
most salespeople would have at 7 pm on a Friday night, Sheri took her time in filling out a rebate form
while making me laugh during the wait.
While I typically receive okay or good service at AT&T stores, Sheri demonstrated the type of service
that customers expect and want, but rarely receive.
Thank you for the refreshing shopping experience."

"I had an excellent experience with one of your sales consultants and I felt inclined to
share it with you.
I visited the AT&T store on 17th and Market...because I was having difficulty
with a Blackjack phone I purchased two years ago at the same location.
My original intention was to inquire about my lost email service. I was not
planning on buying a new phone.
Sheri Trice greeted me and made several attempts to fix my phone. She took countless
extra steps to help me even when it became clear that my phone was beyond
repair. She made every attempt to satisfy my original request before suggesting I look at
new phones.
Sheri did not come off as if she was trying to sell me something but rather as though
she was genuinely trying to help.
I could have bought a phone anywhere and at any time, as I said I was not in the market
to upgrade, however Sheri's method of assistance convinced me that the Blackberry
Curve was the right choice for me.
Sheri even continued her support after I made the purchase. She says otherwise, but
I'm pretty certain she came into the store on her day off to walk me through the
operations of the new phone.
I believe that anyone can sell a product but it's rare and so appreciated when you can
connect with that person and feel really good about your purchase. Sheri did that for
me, and I will continue to visit that specific store for that reason."

"I felt compelled to write to you about Maria Maddolo, the store manager at your 17th and Market Street
location. I have recently begun to use Car-Tel for both my business and personal cell phone needs.
Since I am the IT partner at my firm, I am also responsible for handling the cell phone needs of my 4 nontechnology
minded partners. Maria is always friendly, knowledgeable, and...I can always count on her for great service. Recently, I upgraded my two teenagers' cell
phones. While I was concerned that this would be an arduous task, Maria handled both my kids tremendously, helped them pick phones they love, and made the whole transaction a breeze. In my
opinion, she is a great asset to your business. Thanks."

"Yesterday I went to the AT&T store on 17th Street in Philadelphia
to purchase a Blackberry and a telephone. I was assisted by Sheri Trice. My
experience with Ms. Trice was very good. Sheri explained things to me very well and
that is quite a feat since prior to yesterday I did not own a cell phone at all. I now own a
Blackberry (jumped right into the deep end of the pool didn't I?) and my nephew owns a
Samsung Impression. We are on the Friends and Family plan and I think everything will
work out just fine. Ms. Trice demonstrated several of the features on the Blackberry
and advised me that I may stop in or telephone her with any additional questions I may
have. It was a good experience for me and I thank you and Ms. Trice for her good
service."

"I just wanted to make you aware of my recent purchase of a phone in one of your stores
here in Center City.
My phone plan was up, and I went into see what was available.
I called the store first and was given a lot of great advice and was welcomed to come in and
visit.
I did so and was greeted by your employee Ms. Maddolo.
She was so helpful in picking out my phone and taking care of a plan issue that I had.
I had been using the internet on my phone without it being on my plan.
I had just started doing it, and received a massive bill.
Maria was kind enough to call and have the problem fixed and put me into an even better
phone plan.
That was a month ago.
I know I should have written sooner.
But today I had a phone issue and she invited me back into the store and walked me
through the phone options and went out of her way to show me how to properly use it.
I am about as technically advanced as a Cro-Magnon man and she really spoke to me in
terms I would and do understand.
So a hearty thanks to you Maria."

"I recently upgraded to a Blackberry and was assisted by Sherri Trice. You may already
know this, but you have an outstanding representative in this young lady. While I use
technology daily, I am not a techno savvy person who deals with all the new equipment
available. I was delighted with my recent experience and Sherri was very thorough and
helpful while introducing me to the "Blackberry" world. She set up my email account
and explained most of the features on my Blackberry.
We seem to live in a world where we are quick to complain but slow to compliment. I
wanted to take just a minute of your time to tell you that Sherri Trice was a first class

"This letter is to speak of the remarkable service I received from your Car-Tel Communications staff
member Sheri Trice. All of the employees in the store were pleasant but I was personally serviced by
Sheri. A few weeks back I purchased the Motorola Backflip. This was my first time encountering Sheri
and she was exceptionally pleasant the whole time. She addressed concerns I had with my Iphone and
we thought the Backflip would be a good solution. However, after spending a few weeks with the
Backflip, I was unimpressed especially because the battery died equally as fast as my Iphone...I desired to get
another Blackberry (I previously had one with another carrier) cause I never had battery concerns with it.
So...I returned to Sheri and she graciously transferred me into a Blackberry Bold and I
must say I am very satisfied with this purchase. I want to commend Sheri for all of her effort, and her
patience for making certain that I made a purchase I would not regret. She even provided me with
information that no one else provided and I've had several interactions with other AT&T representatives
since becoming a customer in September 2009. Sheri's pleasant personality and personal customer
service makes me want to do business again at this location. What I mostly appreciate about her is the
follow-up she performs days after the purchase to make sure I am adjusting. Thank you!"
