"I have recently visited the store several times and have gotten great service on each occasion. On my most recent visit...I found the staff to be extremely helpful and patient in helping my mother find the phone she needed. She is normally overwhelmed and confused by technological advances, but the staff was extremely clear and knowledgeable in explaining to her the available options. Furthermore, Edith and Frank took the time to look through her previous phone bill and find a way for her to switch her text messaging plan into something that could accommodate her new data features for a comparable price...I found it very easy to navigate around the store because of its simple set-up and the comfort level made possible by the workers... It is very rare to have a staff so intent on taking care of customer needs. The immediate personal attention we received at the store was a nice change from the normal treatment at larger AT&T stores, which I usually find to be overcrowded and less considerate. Additionally, I was pleased to see that the workers are advocating for animals in need and collecting dog food to help local shelters. I want to thank the organization for providing an alternative option to the larger stores, and a valuable service for AT&T customers."

She helped me with my account when no one else would. She took the time to explain to me different options that would best fit my cell phone needs.
