"Last week I visited your Conshohocken Store to purchase a new phone. Robert Higgins was available to assist me. I explained that I am not a very sophisticated user and that I wanted a basic upgrade without all the fancy bells & whistles. He took the time to help me choose the phone that was right for me. When I was leaving the store I asked a question about Bluetooth. He asked if I knew how to program the Bluetooth in my car. When I told him no, he took the time to come out to my car and hook up my phone/bluetooth. The reason I am sending this email, is to commend Robert on his customer service...It is very unusual for me to send a note of recognition.  But, under these circumstances, I want to thank Mr. Higgins for a job well done. He is definitely an asset to your company."

She was able to accommodate a situation in which my husband lost his job and then got another in a friendly and tremendously helpful manner. Robert not only discussed all the phone options based on my needs, but he also went over our monthly bill which we receive from AT&T. After reviewing the bill, we discussed my phone options and what features I might like and/or need. Robert was very helpful and informative throughout the
entire process and it made for a very comfortable meeting. "It's rare for me to follow up with a special 'thank you' after making a purchase, but I feel this one is warranted. Over the past week you provided both my son, and then my wife with a new Blackberry. I understand that's your job, and helping my son with whatever that glitch was concerning texting might have been expected, but when you came over with my wife's phone on Wednesday evening, and helped her configure that phone to both her car, and her office emails, I thought that was over the top. I am in sales too, and have made a good living doing what I do by providing excellent service.  I just wanted you to know that 'over the top' service was both recognized and appreciated. Kathy is extremely happy with her purchase and certainly appreciates you taking the time to both configure, and tutor her on the operation and features offered in a Blackberry. I have a Blackberry too, which I need for my business. At the end of the year, when it's my turn to upgrade, you have my word that I will be coming to you for my new phone. "Bob Higgins met me on Saturday and was very helpful with information and assured me he would prepare the phone that I wanted for pick up on Monday. When I returned on Monday Bob had the phone ready, made sure I was aware of the details of my new account and transferred my contacts from my old phone. All in all a very pleasant experience for me in an age where customer service seems to be a lost art form. I was very impressed with the service I received."

"I  wanted to send a quick email to let you know what a great experience I had when visiting the Plymouth Meeting store. I dealt with Robert Higgins and he did a wonderful job. Robert listened to what I wanted and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. Robert was very knowledgeable on the products I was looking for and also pointed out some new services that are already becoming very helpful to me. I went to the store on my lunch break and specified that I only had 30 minutes to get my phone switch completed. Robert said he could do it in 15 minutes and he did. I remember sitting in phone stores for hours, in the past to have a phone switched and new services added. Again, what a great experience it was going to your store and what a pleasure it was to work with Robert."
