"This letter is being written to inform you that Garry Pinner is the absolute best manager of the Car‐Tel store in Delran. He has been nothing but the ultimate professional, friendly personality and more importantly, patient with me and my family when it comes to our phones.
Recently my wife and I added my in‐laws to my AT&T account. They were Verizon customers with outdated phones. Garry took the meticulous time to show how their phones worked and exibited the utmost patience with them (both in their 60's). Every question regardless of how important was answered. Garry easily spent over an hour explaining the details and features of the new phones. My in‐laws are happy with their new Android phones and now act like teenagers always downloading new apps and playing various games. We would like to thank Garry and Car‐Tel again for getting them into the 21st century!"

"Just a note to inform you of the excellent service I received at your Delran, N.J. store...Not only was Sales Associate, Amanda Hoffman, knowledgeable, she took her time showing me all I needed to know on my new phone. Amanda went out of her way to locate stock at another store for a case and it was at the Delran store for me the next day. She called me and let me know it was there even though it was her day off. This I call exceptional service. I could not have been treated any better. All the other associates also were able to help in any questions that were asked of them. It was so nice to see young people being so professional. You have a GREAT STAFF there and I will recommend your store to others. I hope you take a moment and thank them for doing such a good job and making a customer feel that I mattered."

"I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for a job well done by your employee Joel, at the Delran store...He helped us with the decision making process without pressuring us into a specific phone. Afterwards, he was so courteous and helpful to us in explaining most of the features. He set up a lot of the features and took the time to demonstrate them to us. It took
over an hour for us to be finished, but he made sure we were completely satisfied. Afterwards, he also helped us with our one complaint - the battery does not last as long as our old phones. He ordered the new battery...and happily replaced them for us. Joel kept in touch via our phones to make sure we were happy and to solve any problems. He is such a wonderful young man that represents your company well and deserves the recognition for a job well done."

"...John Bond was amazingly helpful, especially considering it was the end of his work day. He not only answered all our questions, but, he also helped to setup our phones. His customer service was natural and very much appreciated. One could only wish that ALL customer service agents were trained was well as John and then had the same work ethic.
We have been AT&T users for a long time and do not plan to ever leave, especially with the excellent service we received."

"I rate this store # ONE. Not only are all the people friendly and helpful, one person was exceptionally wonderful, John Bond. We called the Delran store this past July and spoke with John about upgrading our phone and adding our youngest son to the plan. We drove in to meet John that night. He was very knowledgeable and knew how to get things done without delay. We walked out very happy and stressless. Again this past September, we encountered problems with our phone and John was there to help, AGAIN. Kudos to Car-Tel for hiring this pleasant young man. We will always go to John when we have a question or a problem."

I have had dealings with him on two occasions, and his proficiency, courteousness, and accomodating nature make him a pleasure to do business with. Because of him, I would refer my friends to do business with AT&T. I think he deserves a raise, as there are not many salesmen who really try to help customers anymore. He is one who surely does."
