1. Who is Car-Tel Communications?
Car-Tel Communications is an authorized AT&T retailer in which we specialize in selling AT&T phones, accessories, plans and other wireless devices. We rank as one of the Delaware Valley's wireless leaders and after over 20 years in the wireless industry, we continue to hold our customers' needs as a number one priority.
2. What is the difference between an authorized retailer and a corporate store?
An authorized AT&T retailer, such as Car-Tel Communications, has extended services on top of the services offered by AT&T. Customer service support is offered not only at a corporate AT&T store, but also at any of our seven convenient Car-Tel Communications locations--something you can't find anywhere else!
Also, we are the only authorized AT&T retailer that offers a lifetime warranty on all accessories. On top of our extended services to you, we have an excellent in-house technician who can repair most of your wireless device's issues.
Car-Tel Communications also specializes in "Business to Business" relations and has been involved in the wireless industry for over 20 years.
3. What can I do if my phone and/or accessory breaks and I don't have insurance?
You're in luck! At Car-Tel Communications, we have a fantastic in-house technician who can take care of issues with most wireless devices.
For accessories, only Car-Tel Communications provides you with a lifetime warranty. Brand new phones have a one-year warranty through the manufacturer. Both phones and accessories can be exchanged through us or by mail.
If your warranty on your phone has expired, we also sell refurbished phones that have a 30-day warranty if you prefer to purchase a replacement.
4. I received a Rebate card in the mail, where can I use it?
The Rebate card, which is a Visa Gift Card, can be used toward your wireless phone bill or anywhere else that accepts Visa credit cards.
*Cannot be used on gas.
5.Where can I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill at any of our seven convenient locations, by phone or online by credit card only.
6. Am I eligible for an Employee Discount on my monthly bill?
Over the years, AT&T has partnered with several corporations, offering the employees of those businesses with monthly service discount rates.

7. How qualified are your customer service representatives?
A majority of Car-Tel Communications' customer service representatives have been working with us for several years. All of our representatives are constantly gaining knowledge on the newest and latest wireless technologies. Also, Car-Tel Communications holds monthly meetings to refresh our representatives on important wireless topics and issues to better assist your wireless needs.
8. How do Rollover minutes work?
Any minutes on your plan that you do not use each month are called Rollover minutes*. These leftover minutes are calculated each month and can be used as additional minutes for each monthly billing cycle instead of paying the additional $0.20-$0.45/min*. However, when your Rollover minutes runout, the additional minute rate applies. Any unused Rollover minutes will expire after your 12th billing cycle. Rollover minutes are included in all Family Talk GSM Plans and all Nationwide Single GSM plans, except for the new Senior Nation 200 plan.
*Additional minute rate structure depends on plan.
*Rollover minutes include any unused Anytime minutes.
*Rollover minutes do not include unused Night and Weekend and Mobile to Mobile minutes.
9. Am I eligible for AT&T's new Senior Nation 200 plan?

10. If I sign-up for a Family Talk text messaging package, are all my lines included?
Yes. All of your lines under your Family Talk plan are included when signing up for text messaging packages. For more information on text message packages, please visit our features page or speak to one of our customer service representatives at any of our seven convenient locations.
11. How much does a data package cost for my PDA and/or phone?
Data package costs range from $29.99-$49.99, depending on which package you choose. For more information on data packages, please visit our features page or speak to one of our customer service representatives at any of our seven convenient locations.

13. What is Project P.H.O.N.E.?
Project P.H.O.N.E. (Protecting the Health of Our Natural Environment) is our cell phone recycling project. Unfortunately, improper disposal of cell phones is a growing concern and recycling your old cell phones (and even your accessories) can help reverse the effects that have already unfolded due to this issue.
Just bring in your old cell phones to any of our seven convenient locations and place it in one of our drop-off bins. Each of our stores has a drop-off bin conveniently located on the showroom floor.
For every phone we receive in our drop-off bins, we will donate $1 toward helping these charities:
