Karen was instrumental in providing me with assistance with an extremely high cell phone bill...Karen called the main office and with their cooperation was able to cancel the high charges...We now have a new two year contract and we updated our service to include nationwide coverage and in addition received two free phones. I feel very pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Karen and would not hesitate to recommend the service to anyone. "...I commend you on an excellent choice of employee, Rebecca Stewart. She acknowledged our presence as soon as we entered your store even though she was waiting on another customer. She was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I did not feel as welcome or that they cared about being helpful where I was greeted at the entrance to another store and where there were at least seven employees. It takes a lot to impress me and to write, but because of her professionalism I could not help but write right away."

"My family came to your store...to upgrade our policy and purchase
new phones. My husband was not available at that time. Ms. Stewart was so helpful. She talked to my husband on the phone for at least 45 minutes explaining the new plans to him and how to obtain a new account for our son.
We are not an easy family to please as I am not technically on top of things. She was very patient and kind to all of us. You should be proud to have an employee as Ms. Stewart. She made us feel very comfortable and went to great lengths in explaining all the details we needed to know."
