process and took her time to explain everything. Her customer services skills sure pass anything I’ve ever

"I recently visited the Jenkintown AT&T Car-Tel store and received wonderful help from Sheri
Trice. I first spoke with her on the phone before coming in. It was that call, where Ms.
Trice displayed her expertise and consideration, that made me decide to visit the Jenkintown
store rather than my local AT&T store. I came in and immediately got the kind of personal
attention I have always wanted (but never gotten) in a phone store. As I joked with Ms.
Trice, as she helped me decide to get a BlackBerry phone and even set up a few of the
functions, it was a Cell Phone Dream Come True. I was buying my first Smartphone and had a
lot of questions, all of which Ms. Trice answered thoroughly and patiently. I wanted to
write and tell you about my great experience, and thank Ms. Trice again for all her help and
attention."

"I wanted to tell you that I had a great experience with one of your employees about a month ago. Her name is Sheri Trice and she works at the store in Jenkintown. I was interested in switching carriers from Verizon, and she helped me find a phone that I love...and helped me get a monthly plan that was affordable for me.
When I wasn't sure whether one of the functions was working properly, she quickly got me a new phone to make sure that I had what I needed. She has continued to help me when I had questions throughout the past few weeks. I hope the customer service level at your stores remains high."

"Mr. Shapiro was so helpful to me last week, that I thought it was worthwhile to let you know. He helped me figure out problems that I was having with my Blackberry. He went way beyond the usual level of assistance in assisting me. As a physician, I really need to be able to use the Blackberry for keeping track of appointments and for looking up information and Mr. Shapiro helped make that task easier for me."

"I want to share with you the fine quality service we recently received from Ms. Helen Jaffe, Account Executive of the Jenkintown, PA office...My wife and I approached Helen with a problem we had just incurred with our cell phone bill, specifically relating to text messaging. Our main goal at that time was to enhance our service agreement to avoid the excessive charges we had just incurred due to our teenage daughter's new found love of text messaging. Having thought that we had an unlimited plan for texting, our daughter treated it in this manner and it was not until this most recent bill that we realized that we were incorrect in our understanding of our plan. The text message portion of the bill was just over $200.00 for the thirty day period. In our pursuit of assuring that this would never happen again, we approached Helen, who has always been extremely helpful to us, and asked that she revise the plan to include unlimited texting. Not only did Helen accomodate us in this manner, but she diligently pursued the possibility to making this revision retroactive to the past billing period when the excessive texting had produced the high bill. Due to Helen's expertise, diligence and concern for us as her customers, she did indeed succeed in making the plan revision retroactive and we therefore were no longer liabel for the $200.00 amount due but rather a $19.99 monthly fee for unlimited texting. Helen Jaffe should be commended...and we truly appreciate what she and your company did for us to remedy this problem. We are happy to know that good customer service is still valued by your company."

"I have had several dealings with Robin of the Jenkintown store and have found her to be helpful, cooperative and of great assistance. Even though she could not help my son when he dropped his phone in the pool, she pointed us in the right direction and assisted greatly. There are times when a service representative goes above and beyond, and should be recognized. This was one of those times."
