"To AT&T, My wife Susan and I bought a new HTC phone two weeks ago in Ocala, FL while on vacation when the GPS went out on the cell phone we had from St. Louis, Mo. We were on a long trip to celebrate my retirement after 48 years in the Food Mfg. Business. We saw Jordan Katz in the Mall and asked if he could help us on some features of the HTC since we had not been given enough training. Jordan was extremely helpful and gave us over one hour of excellent training that we both could understand - like- picture taking and sending to other relatives, map finding, GPS features, then he set up several items to make it easier for us to find in the home page. He even set up a special place for finding the St. Louis Cards daily information and scores. He did a GREAT JOB for us and we were WOWED at what he did for us."
